We use the present simple to talk about:

• Routines and habits.

• States, feelings, thoughts, beliefs and ideas.

• General information.

Rules

• For "he", "she", and "it", we need to add "+s" to the verb in affirmative, and use the auxiliary "does" or "doesn't" in questions and negative.

• For the rest of the pronouns, we don't make changes in the verb, and we use the auxiliaries "do" or "don't" in questions and negative.
